Hanks to play lead in “The Da Vinci Code”
Oscar winning duo Grazer and director Ron Howard, (A Beautiful
Mind) have settled on Tom Hanks to play "The Da Vinci
Code's" lead role of globe-trotting scholar Robert Langdon.
The Da Vinci Code; Dan Brown's block busting thriller about
a Harvard symbologist in hot pursuit of the Holy Grail, to
uncover a secret that has been protected by a clandestine
society since the days of Christ.
No news yet on other co-stars, BUT they do plan to hire actual
foreign actors to play the book’s foreign characters.
"If there's any book that's supposed to be an international
thriller," says Grazer, "this is it."
