Lucy Liu to star in Joey

According to Variety, Lucy Liu is reuniting with her Charlies Angels squeeze Matt LeBlanc on Joey.

Apparently, Liu has been cast as the tough-talking executive producer where Joey recently landed a role. She’ll be on our screens in late December for at least two episodes.

For those that don’t know, this NBC favorite is the “Friends” spin off of Joey Tribbiani when he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career.

It was also recently nominated for People’s Choice Award as Favorite New TV Comedy.
